Jetzt soll dort ein Studentenwohnheim hin. Vorher hatte der Hausbesitzer die Betreiber des Stattbad incl. Boilerroom mit Hilfe des Ordnungsamts herausgeworfen. Man hat einfach fehlende Flucht Möglichkeit aus Sicherheit bemängelt. Das wars. Jetzt entsteht ein Studentenwohnheim mit mindestens €20 pro Quadratmeter.
